We stayed at such a fabulous hotel, The Raliegh. It's located in South Beach Miami on Collins Ave. The customer service and the food were truly amazing, it was my first time eating a Croque Madame. For those that don't know what a Croque Madame is, it's a fresh croissant with black forest ham, bechamel sauce and gruyere cheese in it, then deep fried and topped with a sunny side up fried egg.... AMAZE BALLS!!! Omg, it really is a party in your mouth. I look forward to staying there again, plus, the hotel has it's own private beach access to Miami Beach.
I ate a my first Cuban restaurant, Havana 1957. I've never really ate cuban food, this was great! I really wanted to try an authentic Cuban sandwich, but the server suggested the grilled boneless chicken breast. I'm so happy she did because it was very tasty, there was a lot of food and the chicken took up my whole plate! I was really sad that I couldn't take the rest of the food to go, I hate seeing such great food go to waste.
Thank you Miami for the great weather and the Oribe team for awesome inspiration. I look forward to the next Backstage experience.
Have a great week everyone!
XOXO,
NANEALANI
