This is the book I got my recipe from, Betty Crocker's COOKY BOOK. I've been making these cookies I think for the last 20 years, it's most definitely been my thing. I call myself the Snickerdoodle Queen. These cookies always turn out amazeballs.
I doubled the ingredients because the regular batch was just not enough. I usually make about 2 of these batches alone. This holiday season I started a little late, but next year these will be going out to more of my peeps.
The KitchenAid Stand Mixer was so great in mixing all of the ingredients together for me. I'll probably start making these cookies more often because of it. I love this thing.
If you love baking and especially baking cookies, then I highly suggest this Snickerdoodle recipe. The cookies always turn out like little puffy pillow cookies, kinda crusty on the top and bottom, then soft, light, fluffy and chewy in the middle. It's great when you dunk these in a cup of fat free milk. NOM! NOM! NOM!
Try this recipe out and tell me what you think! I promise you won't be disappointed.
EAT YUMMY AND BE HAPPY!
XOXO
