GETTIN' RIGHT AND TIGHT!!!

Okay party people!!! Summer is around the corner and it is time to get off your 'okole (butt) and start to "pump, pump, pump it up!" Since I'm leaving to Miami next month, I figure what better time to start than NOW.  I'm starting off the month with a 10-day workout, it's a workout designed to help you get your body into the groove and be more active.  2nd, I'm doing the 30-day squat challenge... From what I've been hearing, this is well worth it.  If you want a booty then do this work out.  I'm on day 2 of the squat challenge and day 1 of the 10-day workout.

Sorry everyone, I can't find the 10-day workout I'm doing on the internet but I'll keep you posted.  For my diet, I'm cutting out processed foods (boo).  I love all kinds of foods! Especially sweets! So this is all going to be a challenge, but Miami is calling and I needs to get it together.  I'll post pics as soon, so check back!
